1) What tools should we have to make project to be success?

2) What are single rolls, double rolls and bolts?
Wallpaper's price normally charge by singer rolls, but sold by double rolls or bolts increments ( double rolls and bolts are interchangeable)
3) Why having trouble to remove wallpaper from wall?
Not all paper are easy to remove from wallpaper. The adhesive behind the wallpaper is formulated to release when wet. We have to get the wallpaper's backing wet enough. Using a wallpaper perforation tool, and need the enough time for wallpaper removal solution to loosen the paste, it is help to make the process more easier.
4) Do i need to rent a steamer to remove old wallapers?
Steamer is rarely necessary to use for that. A good wallpaper removal solution and a wallpaper perforation tool should done the whole progress.
5) Can i put on a new wallpaper over an existing wallpaper?
This is not recommended. The tension exerted by the new layer on the old can cause the original bond to fail and the paper could come off the wall or bubble dramatically.
